These guys have gone above and beyond the call of duty when it came to getting my tires squared away. I had noticed a small leak in one of my tires and brought it in for repair. Michael got me in and out quickly. Unfortunately throughout the course of the week I noticed that the tire was still losing pressure. I brought it back in thinking that the patch didn't hold up. Michael took care of me again and actually showed me the first patch and to my surprise this leak was from a different nail on the other side of the tire. With everything patched up I went on my way and confirmed that it was all patched up and holding good pressure. Fate would have it that exactly 24 hours after I brought it in the second time, a rock had punctured the SAME tire but this time I had to pull out the spare tire. Again I thought that even if it was a rock it likely punctured one of the patches. I pulled in Monday morning and the guys at Les Schwab got me in immediately and showed that the patches held up strong but this was a THIRD puncture on the same tire. We settled on a new set of tires and I got a great deal. What's better than the price and service though is having the piece of mind and knowing that great customer service still exists and can be found at Les Schwab in Renton.
